Panagbenga is a month-long annual Flower Festival in the City of Baguio, Philippines which is celebrated every February. A malayo-polynesian term which means "season of blooming", Panagbenga Festival includes the parade of floats decorated with flowers, street dancing with flower-inspired costumes which resulted to economic boosts from tourism and marked Baguio as one of the must-visit destinations in the Philippines aside from its rich natural and man-made attractions (Click here to know more about Baguio, Philippines).
