If you've never experienced churrasco before, prepare yourself for a unique culinary experience of deliciously seasoned grilled meats served tableside at the Ibiza Beach Club, Moevenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu's signature restaurant. Pronounced 'choo-rah-sco' or 'shoo-has-ko', churrasco is a Brazilian-style barbecue laden with mouth-watering fire-roasted meats and seafood, cooked in a churrasco grill and served from a sword-like skewer at your table. The beauty of the churrasco experience is there is no need to choose from the menu - all you have to do is relax at yoru table and the servers will come to you. Diners will enjoy fourteen courses of meat and seafood barbecued and basted with Brazilian marinades and spices by the Ibiza Beach Club chefs. Also Ibiza Beach Club hosts a variety of world class performers featuring international resident DJ Toni M. playing his specialty house music for guests to dance to.
