(Traveler's Couch Tip: The availability of the unit will be dependent on the date of desired booking. The demand is getting higher here so might as well book a month in advance at least. I recommend to choose 1 Bedroom Unit for groups with 5-7 guests)

Traveler's Couch received a notice from Mactan Newtown Condo staff that only maximum of 4 Guests can stay overnight while additional 1-3 guests for day-use and can stay until 10PM only.

(Traveler's Couch Tip: Area of the units are bigger than the usual condo. I haven't seen the studio room unit but for bedroom unit, it has good space for maximum 7 guests. Plus, try to request for a corner unit to have a better view of the property)

(Traveler's Couch Tip: Some utensils are provided like spoon, fork, glasses & plates. Refrigerator is also available for use but if you want to cook using burner or microwave, there is an additional charge. Pans are not provided so you may want to bring your own when planning to cook. The Bedroom Unit has sofa & dining area, with separate comfort & shower room.)
- FREE USE of Condo Amenities: INFINITY POOL, SPA & GYM
(Traveler's Couch Tip: You can also have FREE access to the newly opened Mactan Newtown beach, just inform the condo staff ahead. The condo unit is just walking distance to the Newtown Beach with entrance fee of 150 weekdays and P200 weekends, Mactan Alfresco with restaurants list provided below, Mcdonalds, 7/11, ATM Machines, Mr. Donut, Coffee Shops, etc. Mactan Newtown also host shows every weekend at the Alfresco.)

HOUSE RULES:
- No Pets Allowed
- No Smoking inside the unit
- Strictly notify the condo staff before check in and check out for inspection. If there are damages to the unit, you are entitled to pay a fine or buy a replacement depending on the damage done.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Government Issued ID
(Traveler's Couch Tip: The person which unit is reserved will have to email a scanned copy of the ID to the condo staff upon reservation. Also, he/she will have to surrender a Gov't ID as well during check-in and will be returned upon checkout.)
- Security Bond: Php2000 Cash
(Traveler's Couch Tip: They will only accept cash as security deposit, this will be returned to you if no damages has been made in the unit upon checkout. Nearby ATM machines are available in case needed)
- Names of ALL the People staying in the unit must be listed down, children and age must be declared in the logbook condo lobby frontdesk
- FULL PAYMENT NEEDED to reserve the Unit
(Traveler's Couch Tip: Payment can be coursed through Bank transfer - BPI, BDO, Metrobank or Unionbank or through Kwarta Padala. I paid through BPI's Mobile App 'Transfer to Anyone' feature which is more convenient. I was kinda hesitant at first to transact with them as I didn't know much about this property firm but I just did and I can confirm that this is not a scam and indeed a legit transaction as we enjoyed our stay.)
