The City of Vigan is the capital of the Ilocos Sur Province situated in Norther Philippines. A UNESCO  (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) World Heritage site and one of the few hispanic towns left in the Philippines, known for its cobblestone streets and a mixture of Philippine or Oriental building designs and Spanish or European architecture.

As of November 2014, Vigan is the lone city from the Philippines included to the elite list of the Top 14 Finalists of New 7 Wonders Cities of the World. Let us support and vote for this beautiful, blessed and unique city of Vigan! Voting ends on 7th December 2014!
